User Agreement

These terms govern the use of the Ask Ads MCP server — a remote, read-only gateway that lets AI assistants (such as ChatGPT and Claude) access data of your Yandex Direct account. By connecting the endpoint served on this domain to your assistant and signing in with Yandex, you accept these terms.

1. Operator

The service is provided by ALEKSANDR KOVALKO PR BEOGRAD, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia (registration number 68581974, tax ID/PIB 115720536), Dunavski kej 48, 11000 Belgrade, Serbia (the “Operator”, “we”).

2. The service

• The gateway exposes a strictly read-only set of tools: it never creates, edits, launches, stops or pays for anything in your advertising account.
• Access is authorized via OAuth with your Yandex account; you can revoke it at any time in your assistant’s settings or in your Yandex account settings.
• The service is currently provided free of charge. We may introduce paid plans in the future; paid terms will not apply retroactively.

3. Your obligations

• Connect only Yandex Direct accounts you own or are authorized to access.
• Comply with the terms of Yandex and of your assistant provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service: no unauthorized access attempts, excessive automated load, or use of the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Third-party services and AI output

The service depends on third parties we do not control — the Yandex Direct API and your assistant platform. Answers about your advertising data are generated by your assistant, not by us; they are informational only and may be inaccurate. Decisions based on them are your own responsibility.

5. Warranty and liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits arising from the use of the service, including interruptions caused by third-party services.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access that violates these terms or threatens the stability of the service. You may stop using the service at any time by disconnecting the app in your assistant and revoking access in your Yandex account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page with the date above. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are first addressed by contacting support@askads.ru (we respond within 10 business days); unresolved disputes are subject to the competent court in Belgrade, Serbia.
